HERB Project - Public event about improving the energy efficiency of buildings

The partners of the international project HERB organised on October 24 an open event to introduce the public to the innovative technologies and tools on improving the energy efficiency of buildings, which are being developed in the course of this international cooperation.

The event took place at INNOVATHENS, a hub run by the Municipality of Athens and aims at fostering the cooperation and exchange of know-how between research institutions and private corporations.

The HERB project - a cooperation involving institutions from 10 different countries - has been established to develop and demonstrate new and innovative energy efficient technologies and solutions for retrofitting older buildings. These shall be installed and performance monitored in a number of typical residential buildings in EU countries.
